Special Instructions

• Items must be 100% dry when shipped to prevent mold (this includes sand, soil, dried plants/flowers, food items, and anything else with moisture)
• To ensure smooth processing, kindly seal and separate multiple items, and label each with the corresponding name on your order

Picking Your Design

• Take a look at our inlay material options to decide what you would like in your custom ring
• We often reccomend a pigment powder or glow powder as a background, and can do custom colour matches when sent a photo (ie: paint swatch, eye colour, collar colours, etc)
• If you have a custom item not listed, reach out, and we can let you know if it is possible

Getting Your Size

• We strongly reccomend getting sized at a jewelry store or with the assistance of a jeweler, most places offer this service for free

• Alternative options are ring sizers bought online

Widths for Tungsten

• 4mm (2mm inlay channel with 1mm bezels)
• 6mm (4mm inlay channel with 1mm bezels)
• 8mm (6mm inlay channel with 1mm bezels)

Shipping Your Items (if applicable) 

• Sentimental items such as memorial ashes, pet fur, and similar mementos can be securely shipped to us via mail.
• The address will be provided upon receipt of payment
• We recommend visiting a post office to send your materials to us, and please note that shipping charges are your responsibility

Down Payment Option

• If you do not want to pay in full upfront, you can choose to pay a $100 Canadian down payment. Send us an email for this option.
• Please note that payment, whether it's a down payment or the full sum, must be settled before we disclose a shipping address for any sentimental items.
• If you opt for the down payment, the remaining balance will be due upon your approval of final ring photos before shipment.

Refunds

• Unfortunately we do not accept refunds due to the time and effort put into each custom ring.
• However, if the ring does not fit or does not reach your expectations, please do not hesitate to reach out. We can discuss alternative options to create another ring that meets your requirement, at a reduced cost.

Warranty

• If your ring has been damaged, there's no need to worry! All our pieces come with a lifetime warranty. While damages are rare with proper care, in the event of damage, you can send the ring back to us. We'll repair it and return it to you for the cost of shipping the ring back to us.

How to Avoid Damage

• To avoid chipping or scratching your inlay ring, avoid hitting or dropping it against hard surfaces
• We recommend taking the ring off before doing any labour intensive activities (ie: going to the gym, working, etc)
• Please avoid placing the ring in water for extensive periods of time. Also avoid heavy duty cleaning products such as acetone, chlorine, bleach, etc
• If any damage does occur, feel free to reach out, and we can fix it for you

Cleaning

• Our rings can be cleaned with mild dish soap, or a jewelry cleaner
• Warm, soapy water works fantastic
