For example, thin and lighter coloured hair tends to go clear in the inlay, whereas thick and darker coloured hair will show up more clearly. Longer hair has more options with the design, whereas shorter hair has less options. If concerned, please let us know the texture, type, and colour of the hair you will be providing, and we can help accordingly.*
HOW TO ORDER:
STEP 1: Choose your metal.
STEP 2: Choose your width.
STEP 3: Choose your size.
STEP 4: Write in the notes section what colour you would like for the background. This colour can be matched to an eye colour, paint swatch, collar colour, or even the hair.
STEP 5: Once the order is placed, we will reach out within 24 hours with the address to ship the hair to, and to confirm the details. Please refer to the top of our website for current lead times. Rush orders are available per request for an extra fee.

Refunds
- Unfortunately we do not accept refunds due to the time and effort put into each custom ring.
- However, if the ring does not fit or does not reach your expectations, please do not hesitate to reach out. We can discuss alternative options to create another ring that meets your requirement, at a reduced cost.
Warranty
- If your ring has been damaged, there's no need to worry! All our pieces come with a lifetime warranty. While damages are rare with proper care, in the event of damage, you can send the ring back to us. We'll repair it and return it to you for the cost of shipping the ring back to us.
