Refunds
- Unfortunately we do not accept refunds due to the time and effort put into each custom ring.
- However, if the ring does not fit or does not reach your expectations, please do not hesitate to reach out. We can discuss alternative options to create another ring that meets your requirement, at a reduced cost.
Warranty
- If your ring has been damaged, there's no need to worry! All our pieces come with a lifetime warranty. While damages are rare with proper care, in the event of damage, you can send the ring back to us. We'll repair it and return it to you for the cost of shipping the ring back to us.
How to Avoid Damage
- To avoid chipping or scratching your inlay ring, avoid hitting or dropping it against hard surfaces
- We recommend taking the ring off before doing any labour intensive activities (ie: going to the gym, working, etc)
- Please avoid placing the ring in water for extensive periods of time. Also avoid heavy duty cleaning products such as acetone, chlorine, bleach, etc
- If any damage does occur, feel free to reach out, and we can fix it for you
Cleaning
- Our rings can be cleaned with mild dish soap, or a jewelry cleaner
- Warm, soapy water works fantastic
